1. Service Description
Vybd is an AI-powered educational tool for families with school children (Grades 1–10). A parent or guardian creates and manages the account. Most generated worksheets, study notes, quizzes, and other educational material are intended to be printed and used offline; Homework to Donework may provide on-screen, age-scaled coaching under the parent or guardian's supervision.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a parent or legal guardian to create and manage an account. A child may use learner-facing Homework to Donework coaching only under the account holder's permission and supervision. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent or guardian.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All educational content generated by Vybd — including worksheets, study notes, mock exams, quizzes, revision sheets, stories, and explanations — is produced by artificial intelligence. This content is original and is not copied from any textbook, question bank, or published material. However, AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Vybd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. Parents, guardians, and teachers should always review AI-generated material before providing it to students. Vybd shall not be liable for any educational outcomes, exam results, or decisions made based on generated content. Generated content is intended for supplementary practice only and does not replace school instruction, textbooks, or professional tutoring.
4. Third-Party Trademarks
Vybd references textbook names (such as NCERT, Selina Concise, ML Aggarwal, RD Sharma, RS Aggarwal, Lakhmir Singh, Oxford, Frank, Ratna Sagar, Balbharati, Navneet) and board names (CBSE, ICSE, CISCE, and various State Boards) solely to help parents identify curriculum-compatible content. These names are trademarks of their respective owners. Vybd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of these publishers or boards. Use of these names constitutes nominative fair use for the purpose of indicating compatibility.
5. Content Originality
Vybd generates original educational content using artificial intelligence. We do not reproduce, copy, scan, or distribute any copyrighted material from textbooks, question banks, or published works. Our AI generates fresh questions, explanations, and study material aligned to publicly available syllabi and curriculum frameworks. If any generated content inadvertently resembles copyrighted material, this is coincidental and not intentional.
6. Wallet Credit & Payments
The Service offers the following ways to access content: (1) a Starter Plan at ₹49/month (or ₹499/year) providing 25 worksheet generations per month, and (2) a pay-as-you-go wallet balance in Indian Rupees for premium content — top-ups of ₹100, ₹1,000 (credited as ₹1,100), or ₹10,000 (credited as ₹12,000). New users receive ₹100 credit upon signup to try premium content. Wallet credit never expires. For most paid AI generation, Vybd temporarily reserves ₹30 from the wallet, charges the actual generation amount up to ₹30 only after a usable result is delivered, and automatically returns the unused amount. Donework uses a separate daily limit: it reserves no more than ₹10 once per child per day when an AI plan or coach request is confirmed, charges only successful AI work against that daily amount, and automatically returns the unused amount. A typed Donework plan is free. If no usable result is delivered, the final generation charge is ₹0 and the relevant reservation is returned. Some shared or cached items have a fixed price shown before purchase; reopening an item already unlocked for that account may be free. Accounts created before the rupee wallet was introduced had every remaining Vibe converted at exactly ₹20 per Vibe — the same value at which Vibes were sold. The Starter Plan's current ₹49/month and ₹499/year rates are an introductory/promotional price; the regular price is ₹149/month and ₹1,499/year. All purchases are processed securely via Razorpay. The Starter Plan can be cancelled anytime. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless the Service fails to deliver content after charging your wallet, in which case the charge is restored. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), including the introductory Starter Plan rate, and may change (including the end of promotional pricing) with reasonable notice.
7. Referral Programme
Users may share their referral code. When a referred user completes their first content generation, both the referrer and the referred user receive ₹40 bonus wallet credit. Vybd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals or fake accounts) may result in forfeiture of bonus credit and/or account suspension.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any purpose other than generating educational content for your child, attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI generation system, create multiple accounts to exploit free credit or referral bonuses, or share your account credentials with others.
9. Intellectual Property
Content generated by Vybd is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print, share, and use generated content for your child's education. The Vybd brand, logo, and platform design remain our intellectual property.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vybd shall not be liable for: any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, any educational outcomes or exam results, any loss or damage arising from reliance on generated content, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused wallet credit is forfeited unless the termination is initiated by us without cause.
12. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
