Delete your Vybd account

Vybd is operated by DILMIL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. This page is for the parent, guardian or tutor who owns the account.

Fastest way: delete it yourself in the app

If you can still sign in, do this instead — it is immediate.

  1. Open vybd.in or the Vybd Android app and sign in.
  2. Open Settings (⚙).
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted, and what we must keep

Deleted: your phone number, PIN hash, parent and child profiles, saved chapters, generated content history, Donework plans, uploaded photos and any recovery copies, feedback, product events and session records.

Kept: tax invoices, credit notes and the minimum billing evidence we are legally required to retain for statutory, audit, dispute and fraud-prevention duties. These fiscal records are stored separately, are kept only for the period the law requires, and cannot recreate your account or your learning data.

Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours in the normal course, whether or not you delete your account. Vybd sends what you share to OpenAI only to generate the content you asked for, and OpenAI does not use it to train its models. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
