Vybd is an account that a parent or guardian creates and operates. Children use the printed or on-screen output under adult supervision; they do not hold their own Vybd account.

We do not ask for precise location, contacts, or any government identity number.
OpenAI is the only AI provider Vybd uses today. When you create something, the photo or text you provide, the grade, board and subject, and the child's first name are sent to OpenAI so that the model can read the material and write the worksheet, notes or answer. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models.
Content generated before September 2026 was processed by xAI and Anthropic. Both providers have been retired from Vybd and receive no data from us today.
AI output can be wrong. Please review generated material before giving it to a child.
Photos you upload are transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted only for as long as the job needs them. Every uploaded photo is deleted from our servers within 24 hours, and sooner once the content has been delivered, if you discard it, or if you delete your account. Photos are never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train any model.
Please crop out names, faces, school IDs, addresses and anything else that is not needed for the task before you upload.
Data is held on Google Cloud (Firebase / Firestore) infrastructure in secure data centres. Your PIN is stored only as a salted one-way hash — never in plain text. All transport uses HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.
We do not sell your data, and we show no advertising in Vybd. We share only what a processor needs to do its job:
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, and we do not use child profiles, learning data, photos, prompts or generated work for advertising or profiling.
You can delete your Vybd account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: open Settings (⚙) → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, use the public request page at vybd.in/delete-account.
Deleted: your phone number, PIN hash, parent and child profiles, saved chapters, generated content history, Donework plans, uploaded photos and any recovery copies, feedback, product events and session records. Retained: the fiscal records described in section 6, for the legally required period only.
Vybd is operated by the parent, guardian or tutor. All child information in Vybd is entered by that supervising adult, who decides what to share and can correct or remove it at any time. Vybd does not create accounts for children, does not target advertising at anyone, and does not build advertising or behavioural profiles of children.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to ceo@dilmiltech.com and we will respond. The same address reaches our Grievance Officer.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app, and where consent is legally required we will ask you to review and accept the change before continuing.
